One and done.

This two-child thing, complete with a full-day kindergartner, is a learning process. Ari's naps are still imprecise. Today we went out for some afternoon activities and ended up with crabby baby, a couple of abbreviated car naps, and coming home during rush hour traffic (Bad Idea). So I think we're stuck with maybe one after school activity, if any (snack somewhere, park trip, whatever), and then returning home. Luckily Ari has been taking her longer nap in the morning (opposite of what Marcus did!). That may be a problem when the morning nap disappears, but for now it's okay, since the afternoon is butchered by school pickup. We don't get out to see other people so much...but it will happen eventually, right? *sigh* I'm still in a state of disbelief that I'm really here in this weird (climate-wise) place. I sometimes feel like I'm due to go home soon. And then sometimes I really don't know where home is. I certainly never thought it would be here.
